I Wanna Be Wrong

I started with the stems for "Love" in the Sunset Collection to establish a more ethereal vibe. I used the full loop with reverb and a granular effect before the "Holy Fire" Acapella came in. Majority of the drums are from Solstice or other Cymatics packs, if not layered my by own drums. Even the build loop is from a different Cymatics pack layered with an impact from Solstice as well as the riser. For the first drop I used my own supersaw patch together with MIDI from Cymatics, but the Lead is my own. I also added "Dreamer" from the Synth collection as a layer to the supersaw and counter-melody to the lead. The B-section is mostly comprised of elements from the intro but with "808 Motion" from Solstice for the bass. Then another build comes in, with an arp that follows the MIDI of the first drop, leading to a fakeout with the "Satin" stems from the Future Bass Collection layered with the "Love" vocal stem. For the B-section of the last drop, the Dreamer melody, Satin Vocal, Love stems, and Holy Fire Acapella were all reused here. But the sub bass was sustained rather than modulating with the Dreamer melody. The whole track is filled with transitions like risers, sweeps, and downlifters from Cymatics layered with my own transitional sounds.
