AL DUBONE - SANDSTORM (SESSION Song Contest)

Greetings Cymatics Fam! I'm Al Dubone, a digital reggae dub producer outta Italy/Austria. I got the chance to get through the samples of the SESSION beta pack while being on the wonderful sand dunes of Mas Palomas, and some samples of the pack seemed to me to be created right for that occasion :). For Sandstorm, I mixed , chopped and re-pitched 3 melodic samples of the SESSION pack, and I further chopped some drum breaks of the pack to create some drum fills and percussive elements. Following the concept you are pushing through lately (i.e. the concept of going beyond a specific music genre), for this track I mixed elements of trap, DnB, digital dub and afro house music, which in turn also expresses my love for all what bass music is.
