RINALDI–A'BOMBO (KING OF BEATS SONG CONTEST)

I went through every single sound on the Cobra, but when I first heard the guitar loop (Cymatics - Cobra Guitar Loop 2 Wet - 140 BPM C# Min-24b) I immediately knew that was my starting point. I related to it because of the Latin flavor and it connected me to my Colombian roots. I didn't know where I was going to take the beat, but I allowed for the beat to just move me and take me where it needed to go. The main percussion beat I chose is from an Argentinian bombo drum, so there's a lot of Latin flavor with the Atlanta twist since I lived in Atlanta so many years. The other loop I used partially was (Cymatics - Cobra Melody Loop 17 - 150 BPM C# Min). Then I several claps, percussion, ambience and effects from Cobra. I wanted to maintain a level of simplicity to leave room for a vocalist to just rip the beat.
