Odyssey

At first, I listened to almost all the Loops in the DUALITY Beta Pack, till I eventually decided to build my track around the loop called "Business", I decided to give this track as much as I can. In the beginning, I wanted to make a future bass track then I decided I would give it some of the "Trap" vibe as it's already a very similar genre to future bass, so the track was basically a Future Bass X Trap track built around the "Business" Loop. Moreover, I was lately obsessed with Orchestral Music which made me try adding Orchestral Strings to the drops and it was quite good in my opinion there, so I decided to keep it. When I was making the Buildup, I used a Percussion Loop from the beta pack called "Gambler", It sounded like an Arabic Drum Loop and, as I'm Arabic, it inspired me to use Arabic drums more, which was later added the second half of the second drop. For now, I've already used elements from four styles of Music Which are Future Bass, Trap, Orchestra, and Arabic Music, However, I felt I can make it more unique by entirely changing the style of the third drop, it was quite risky, but I decided I'm going to try the "Hybrid Trap" for the first time ever! and it went really well. Last but not least, I felt the name "Odyssey" would perfectly describe that combination of five types of music, also describing how I felt during this new experience for me. I had really fun producing this track, and I want to thank all the team of Cymatics so much for this incredible sample pack! Finally, I really aspire to win that contest, it would be a huge turning point in my musical career, and in my entire life!
