hello kind people reading this description, and hello Sander, if you read this. I have spent a LOT of time working on this track, trying to figure out how Logic works, trying to figure out how to mix and master, and attempting to use buses for my sidechaining (but that was pretty hard and i think i may have messed up). I am still learning, but I had fun creating this song. I started off with a simple voice memo I recorded on piano, just the drop melody and bassline. After adding some guitar tracks, I put some serum synths in there and used a heck of a lot of Cymatics' free drum samples. This track feels unique and special to me because it's the first where I've been able to combine live instruments and the future bass/EDM vibe I love so much. Finally, Sander, if you are reading this, I want to say thank you. You have been a huge inspiration to me ever since I heard Victory three years ago and thought to myself, "Whoa, this is real weird stuff.... I wanna make music like this." I will continue to support you in all your artistic ventures because your ability to create, create, create, using whatever means, style, and emotions you want is one of the things I value most in artists like, and including, you.
